All appointments booked without Extras are Standard Cleanings.

  • Clean, disinfect outside of oven and top of range

  • Clean exterior of ALL appliances

  • Dust baseboards, chair rails, and door panels

  • Dust tables/bar tops/chairs

  • Damp wipe table tops

  • Countertops wiped

  • Backsplash dusted and spot wiped

  • Sink

  • Empty trash

  • Spot wipe exterior of cabinets (fingerprints)

  • Faucet

  • Cabinet fixtures dusted

  • Vacuum

  • Damp mop

Bathrooms

  • Clean tub/shower tiles

  • Clean and disinfect toilets

  • Clean cabinet fixtures

  • Clean countertops

  • Cabinet doors dusted

  • Dust window sills

  • Dust baseboards, chair rails, and door panels

  • Sink

  • Mop floors

  • Empty trash

  • Clean mirror

  • Faucet

  • Vacuum

  • Damp mop

Bedrooms

  • Dust picture frames

  • Dust and wipe lamps

  • Dust shelves and furniture

Deep clean checklist

Everything included in the standard clean plus:

  • Damp wipe baseboards and window sills

  • Damp wipe door panels and frames

  • Detailed Dusting

  • Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished

  • Light organization of room (straighten up pillows on couches, organize coffee table etc)

  • Remove high cobwebs

  • Shine back splashes and faucet fixtures

  • Damp wipe kitchen and bathroom cabinet faces

  • Damp wipe light switches and door handles

  • Damp wipe furniture legs/seats/bottoms

Move in/out checklist

Everything included in the deep clean list plus:

  • Inside refrigerator

  • Inside oven

  • Inside microwave

  • Interior windows

  • Inside kitchen cabinets

  • Inside bathroom cabinets
